- 12 count package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 4 slices thick cut bacon (or more to taste)
- 9 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3.4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
How To Make It:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Turn the eggs with a spatula as they cook to ensure everything cooks evenly.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In a separate skillet cook the bacon until crispy. (can use sausage instead if you wish).
- Whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup and brown sugar to make the glaze.
- Slice the sweet rolls in half, and place the bottom half in a small baking dish.
- Add scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom bun.
- Top with cheese and bacon.
- Place the top buns over the fillings and paint the top of the buns with the glaze.
- Cover baking dish with foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
