- 1 (6.5 oz) package Betty Crocker™ cornbread and muffin mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
How To Make It:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, milk, butter and egg.
- Stir until just combined.
- Add the maple syrup and brown sugar, and stir to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap gently to even out.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
