- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 10 1/2 oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Small Can Green Chillies, Chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
- 3 Chicken Breast halves, Cubed (I use a rotisserie Chicken)
- 8 oz Bag Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1 Bag Doritos, Crushed
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together tomatoes, soup, green chillies, and cubed cheese.
- Heat in microwave until melted.
- Add Chicken.
- Ina backing dish, layer 1/2 crushed chips and 1/2 chicken mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with Mexican cheese blend and a few crushed chips.
- Bake until hot and bubbly.
