BEER BREAD


Ingredients:
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

How To Make It:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Butter a loaf pan and set aside. 
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and beer and mix well. 
  4. The mixture should be sticky. 
  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. 
  6. At the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from oven, brush the top of the loaf with butter and return to oven.
