PEANUT BUTTER TRUFFLE BROWNIES


Ingredients:

Brownie Base-
  • 1 Box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
Filling-
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter 
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Milk 
Topping-
  • 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Butter

How to Make It:
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). 
  2. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. (For easier cutting, line pan with foil, then grease bottom only of foil.) 
  3. Make brownies as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. 
  4. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  5. In medium bowl, beat Filling ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over brownie base.
  6. In small microwavable bowl, microwave Topping ingredients uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds.
  7. Stir until smooth. 
  8. Cool 10 minutes; spread over filling. 
  9. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set. 
  10. For brownies, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. 
  11. Store covered in refrigerator.

  2. When you have sweet craving its the best recipe. Though it will be rich in calories but its quick to be made. I usually bake chocolate brownies in microwave oven.
