CRAB STUFFED TILAPIA


Ingredients:

  • 8 Fish Filets, any kind, I use Tilapia
  • 1 Box Stove Top Stuffing, cooked according to directions
  • 1/2 lb. Imitation Crab Meat, can use more crab meat
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Lemon Juice, Optional

How to Make It:

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  2. Season Filets with Salt & Pepper.
  3. Lay 1 filet onto pan.
  4. Mix imitation crab with Stove top stuffing. 
  5. Spread 1/2 cup of Crab & Stuffing mixture on top of filet (or as much as desired).
  6. Leave edges of filet open.
  7. Place a filet on top of Crab & Stuffing mixture
  8. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 20 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with Lemon Juice, if desired.
