BACON, EGG & CHEESE HAND PIE

Ingredients:

• Muffin tin
• Cooking spray
• Pancake mix
• 3 eggs, scrambled
• 4 bacon strips, cooked an crumbled
• Mexican Blend shredded cheese
• Maple syrup

How to Make It:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Spray you muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Pour in the batter only filling the molds of the pan about 1/4 full.
4. Evenly divide the scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese over the batter.
5. Top with the remaining batter, filling the molds mostly full.
6. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. 
7. Serve with syrup or take it to go!
