CRACK POTATOES

Ingredients:
  • 2- 16oz Containers of Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2- 3oz Bags Real Bacon Bits (Can use real Bacon)
  • 2 pkgs. Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 Large Bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Shredded
How to Make It:
  1. Combine first 4 Ingredients.
  2. Mix in Hash Browns.
  3. Spread into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 400 for 45 to 60 minutes.

 
Note: you can divide the potatoes into 3 small 7x7 in. disposable pans and freeze them. Make sure you wrap them in plastic wrap then foil.
