CREAM CHEESE DANISH


Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk (save egg white)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Cans Crescent Rolls


Glaze:

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter


How to Make It:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together Cream cheese, lemon juice, egg yolk, sugar and Vanilla until creamy.
  3. Cover bottom of casserole dish with 1 can of rolls.
  4. Cover with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cover with another can of rolls.
  6. Brush with egg white.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Make glaze.
  9. Brush on top while still hot.
