SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE DINNER


Ingredients:

  • 1 Pkg. Smoked Sausage
  • 1 Box Scalloped Potatoes
  • 1 Small Head of Cabbage
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper, To Taste

How to Make It:

  1. In the bottom of a crock pot place cabbage wedges, onion, water, salt and pepper.
  2. Empty all contents of potatoes, add milk.
  3. Cut Sausage into 3 inch pieces, place on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Continue to check the tenderness of the cabbage and potatoes.
  6. If needed, cook 1 hour on high.
