- 1 Pkg. Smoked Sausage
- 1 Box Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 Small Head of Cabbage
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
How to Make It:
- In the bottom of a crock pot place cabbage wedges, onion, water, salt and pepper.
- Empty all contents of potatoes, add milk.
- Cut Sausage into 3 inch pieces, place on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Continue to check the tenderness of the cabbage and potatoes.
- If needed, cook 1 hour on high.
