GARLIC BUTTER BABY BRUSSEL SPROUTS


Ingredients:
  • 12 oz bag of frozen baby Brussels sprouts, thawed and sliced in half
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Dales seasoning sauce

How to Make It:
  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. 
  2. Add Brussels sprouts and onions. 
  3. Saute for about 8 minutes or until they start to brown. 
  4. Add the garlic for the last 2 minutes. 
  5. Season with garlic salt & pepper to taste. 
  6. Finish off with the Dales. 
  7. Serve.
(This recipe can be easily doubled, just cook it a little bit longer)
