EGG SALAD SANDWICHES


Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard (You can put more it’s up to you)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • pinch of cayenne pepper


How to Make It:
  1. Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. 
  2. Bring water to a boil and boil eggs for about 10 to 14 minutes. 
  3. Run cold water over the eggs, cool, peel and chop. 
  4. Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and relish. 
  5. Then add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. 
  6. Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
  7. Serves 4
