- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard (You can put more it’s up to you)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- pinch of cayenne pepper
How to Make It:
- Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring water to a boil and boil eggs for about 10 to 14 minutes.
- Run cold water over the eggs, cool, peel and chop.
- Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and relish.
- Then add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
- Serves 4
