PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

  • 2- 20oz Cans Pineapple Chunks, Drained
  • 3 tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 Stick Margarine
  • 2 tbsp. Pineapple Juice (from drained can)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 1 Cup Ritz Crackers, Crushed


How to Make It:

  1. Place Pineapple in Baking Dish.
  2. Combine Flour, Sugar and Cheese and spread over Pineapple.
  3. Sprinkle Crushed Ritz Crackers over it.
  4. Melt Margarine.
  5. Add Pineapple Juice.
  6. Pour over entire mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
