1. Pesto & Parm Corn
Grill corn, then slather with pesto and top with Parm.
Wrap each ear in two to three strips, then grill until charred.
(If you're worried about a grease fire from the fatty bacon, you can wrap in foil first.)
Grill corn, then smother with Frank's Hot Sauce
(honestly, the more, the better) and top with butter.
Grill corn, then smother with bbq sauce and top with crumbled potato chips.
Stir together mayo with Old Bay, then spread on grilled corn.
