- 1 (16 ounce) package corn bread mix
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 Pkg. Frozen whole kernel corn
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
How to Make It:
- Bake cornbread.
- Cool and crumble and place in large bowl.
- Add in onions, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, corn, and bacon.
- Stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, place mayo, Sour Cream and ranch mix.
- Stir until well blended.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to salad and stir until fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
