CORNBREAD SALAD


Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package corn bread mix 
  • 10 slices bacon 
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream 
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen whole kernel corn 
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped 
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 
  • 1 cup chopped green onion 
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 

How to Make It:
  1. Bake cornbread. 
  2. Cool and crumble and place in large bowl. 
  3. Add in onions, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, corn, and bacon. 
  4. Stir until well combined. 
  5. In a separate bowl, place mayo, Sour Cream and ranch mix. 
  6. Stir until well blended.
  7. Add mayonnaise mixture to salad and stir until fully mixed. 
  8. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving. 
  9. ENJOY!
